Horrible, unprofessional doctor.

1. You have to pay to make an appointment with him and when you arrive at his office, you will always wait minimum 30minutes after your scheduled time.

He's no considerate at all. His new office I was hearing him make phone calls, one after another while I'm waiting 30+ minutes after my scheduled appointment. Absolutely ridiculous!! I am calling to change family doctor.

2. I had an ACL + Meniscus Tear and it took him 6 months after my MRI for him to consult me with an ORTO specialist. Luckily I had a connection and bypassed him.

When he called me, I was already 4 months into my recovery from surgery

Could never get an appointment! Does not seem to care about his patients. Very unfortunate.

Does not listen to patients. All he wants to do is take blood work in the office and charge you for the tests.
Have been told there is nothing wrong with me and then kept requesting consultation for specialist who found my illness. Does not respond to patients

Cannot get a hold of him. As my family doctor I cannot even get an appointment.

Never answers calls, has taken 3 years now to send something that he said would take 6 months (still trying to reach him).

My aunt has been a patient of Dr. Greenberg for 10 or more years. His receptionist, Carolyn, never returned calls and was incredibly rude. Dr Greenberg was polite, but not helpful. More recently, he made my aunt very sick by prescribing a new diabetes drug by injection (she is 90 years old for heaven’s sake) that left her weak, dehydrated and confused. This after he had her run all over town for tests because she had lost weight. The new drug actually causes weight lost. I question his judgement. There was never any follow up. Thank goodness she received a new family doctor and has transferred her medical file.

Thank god Carolin is gone, I always liked Dr. Greenberg, great GP, if he can’t help you he knows who to refer you to. His new associates are just as dedicated as him. I called the number I was given expecting not to receive an answer, instead I spoke to Sara who explained the new procedure , and gave me an appointment after 2 business days, I was in shock. His new office in Complexe Desjardins is in a clinic shared by some other doctors, but his patients get some kind of vip service, I was shown to his other associate, Patricia to check in, then waited maybe 15 minutes for my visit.

I have been trying to find a new GP since Dr. S. Greenberg went into private practice.
My medications run out in January 2023.
A clinic in Ottawa will renew them but the need some history from Dr. Greenberg.
Can I not receive my medical history from him, myself?

I was informed that Dr Greenberg went private called for an appointment.It was immediate.completely different setting nice view on the Center of place des jardins.Dr was punctual and very good as usuel.SARA is the new nurse and is the best ever and provide excellent customer service. Thank you SARA.
