I looked for a good doctor in this area for 5 years, and visited 7 doctors before I went to Dr. Kucker. In that period of time, I saw 3 that didn't say 5 words to me - no questions, no comments - NOTHING (good Bye!), 2 that seemed OK but didn't know what a Pilonidal Cyst was (a bit scary - bye!), one that hated men and was rude (yes, a female - Bye!), one that was a VERY STRANGE person (Bye!! And quickly, too), one that would not shut up but didn't say one useful thing, and then I went to Dr. Kucker. He took 40 minutes on my first visit, an he was very thorough. He also caught something the others missed (thankfully, it was minor). Plus I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes past my appointment time (in 5 visits, and I was always on time). I hope the new Marxist-Care law doesn't force him to retire (I will be ONE MAD S.O.B.). I know 2 others that are completely cutting all government ties and doing cash/credit card - pay as you go. I don't blame them.

They are often understaffed, don't keep regular hours and front desk personnel are rude to patients. They are incompetent as well: Putting wrong dosages on one prescription and forgetting the date on another. Receptionist berated me in front of everyone for missing an appointment and in process letting everyone know I was on Adderall. More often than not when calling in, the calls go to answering service. And the service is unable to reach them as well. What upsets me most is the doctor discharging me as a patient instead of disciplining inexperienced and unprofessional receptionist. This is one doctor's office I would recommend you avoid. What good is it having a doctor when more often than not you can't reach them and when you do they treat you so unprofessionally. Stay away from Dr. Mark Kucker. His phone number, 386-428-6660, says it all.

Dr Kucker is a very kind man. He is understanding and professional. The medications he chooses to prescribe have always been effective the first try, unlike doctors I've seen in the past. I was suffering from a serious condition and saw several different doctors, all of whom treated me like a pill seeker and refused to help me in spite of my confirmed condition. Dr Kucker is the only one who cared at all and trusted me enough to help by prescribing the proper medication to treat my condition. It's nice to know at least one doctor out there cares about my health and well being. His staff is friendly and professional. The wait time is sometimes a little long, but I understand why and do not have a problem with it. He spends plenty of time listening to me and helping me understand my problems. Dr Kucker is a good man, and quite honestly may have saved my life. Thank you Dr Kucker! You are true professional.

Miss-diagnosing. Labeling patient with psychiatric problems, being a D.O. not knowing what a real bipolar simptom really is and destroying a persons creditable life. Over-prescibing meds, not needed, and not curing the right problems. I know that he's been going through some things, but I don't know exactly what. I've heard a couple of different stories. His office manager gave out patiet confidentiality on another patient, and I know this. My husband and I have been his patients for 4 years and he decided to dissmiss my husband. My husband also has been to a psychiatric doctor and was told that he was not bi-polar! This crap that is going on is a bunch of bull! I feel that something needs to be done about this! The Office manager should be fired! I also feel that if he's not being investigated, that he should be, because there are also backdoor practices going on there!
