Susan Hole, where were you?
At a most critical time you failed.
During the last days of a patient's life Susan Hole and her office staff failed to provide support that resulted in unnecessary suffering and frustration.
The family completed all requirements for the completion of physician statements and the DNR.
This included a teleconference with the patient to determine mental competence.
The family was advised the documents would be completed within six days.
For two weeks , the office staff kept saying the family would get the documents, or a call back.
Susan Hole and her staff did not have the courage or decency to notify the family as to why they would not complete the paperwork as promised.
They failed a patient and family that put their trust in their competency.

Horrible office manager. Patrick and Brittni are the drs son and daughter in law. They run off more patients and medical staff then any other business I’ve ever seen. Rude and condescending. Withheld scripts because I owed a copay. I’m disabled and had been a patient for 5 years. After arguing and paying my bill the cancelled my appt for the next day and informed me that I’d receive a letter. They of course fired me as a patient. All they are interested in is the solar and they act like they are the Dr or have a medical degree. So unprofessional.

This Dr goes well beyond the call of duty for all her patients. Does many procedures that she is trained for to include skin cancer removals which I had done. She has saved my family hundreds of dollars by giving me resources needed. She and her entire staff work together

Dr holes son Patrick thinks he runs the office, he is the most unprofessional and disrespectful person I have ever encountered in the medical field

I would not recommend this office to anyone. They treat their patients very disrespectful and very rude especially the older lady at the front office. I have been told they drop patients for no good reason.. very unprofessional.

Dr Hole saved my life Dec 2010. I had been traveling by plane and was at my daughter's house in CA when I got a pain in my chest that made me scream with every move. Daughter took me to emergency room. They did a CT scan which showed broken ribs so they gave me morphine which did the job. They gave me a report that said to follow up with my doctor. I felt fine but went to her anyway. She set up a CT scan with dye at 5:45 on a Friday afternoon. I had pulmonary embolisms. I could have died. Now I have shortness of breath and I kept trying to tell her it was all in my head. She kept at it until it is my heart. Can't beat this wonderful lady. Yes, you can wait but because she is taking excellent care of somebody else. I never had to wait 3 hours as I did with my hematologist/oncologist and I adore him also.

Dr. Hole is terrible. She is disrespectful towards her patients, and does nothing to help them.She actually FORGOT my grandmother was in her office, and left her sitting in the room with nothing but a gown for over an hour. If my uncle had not been in the car outside she would have been locked in the office overnight. She prescribes unnecessary medication, gives wrong diagnosis, and refuses to allow her patients to use a different doctor in the office. I would absolutely not reccomebd anyone to use Dr. Hole.

Best dr I have ever seen. Community rumble is excellent and Many wait weeks to get in to see her. Military background makes most all the men more comfortable./ver accurate diagnostician.rate highly

I do not recommend this doctor. She is all about money and taking advantage of insurance. Her office is way too busy, way too many patients. Wait time is extremely long. I was not happy with any of her diagnosis and or treatments. I felt she prescribed unnecessary tests and procedures for what was wrong with me at the time. I will never return to this doctor again.

This Doctor kept telling me to use salt on some infected cuts on my arms and legs. I ended up in the ER due to the infection. Next I got a sinus infection. Again she had a spin on salt remedy up the nose. Got the z pak after 5 weeks from another doctor. I had approx. 9 appts in around 8 months and I am healthy and under 50. She is often late and the wait time is not worth the service.
