Good doctor not to fond of the staff. I highly feel Len Morneau wrote one of the negative reviews below ( he loves speaking ill of others) and is very judgmental of people. A good friend of mine tried to rent an apartment through him and he judged them by the town they live in and what they do for work. As my friend works retail and their credit score is like 680 ( guy sounds rather condescending and biased ) very very judgmental! Just a FYI my friend grew up in a pretty wealthy town and her family is well known and well respected ( they are prominent people in their hometown ) No other realtor, landlord , property manager she dealt with ( stuck judgement like Len did ) it’s truly sad without even knowing them ( they have excellent references too )
1. A doctor they worked for
2. A retired state trooper
3. A owner/president of a construction company

As myself I’m a former LEO/detective who’s known the person for over 20 years I fully understand someone wanting to be safe than sorry - but I can assure you Len would’nt of been sorry with them as a tenant ( they are good, honest people )

I’ve never seen him. However, my gf applied for a job at this office. The manager Christine had 0 decency to call her or follow up with her as she said she would. That’s not how you treat people! When someone calls or emails you doing a follow up it clearly means they are interested in the job. It’s not that hard to reply back. It’s called being courteous. You should never tell someone your going to follow up with them and then you don’t ( Christine ) it shows disrespect. Even if you didn’t decide on a candidate for the job. If you have an applicant doing a follow up you should acknowledge it. That’s the right/cool thing to do. I’m a sergeant for one of the police departments in CT if I get an applicant calling me or emailing me re: a job interview ( I always acknowledge ) you should too !

He's good however his staff is another story. I highly belive Regan Kilkenny's mother wrote one of the negative reviews below. I don't know her first name but they come into the store I work at. I observed Regan's mom being very nasty and rude to a new employee ( the woman was a straight up b$tch to the new gal ) who was in training and is a very nice person. The lady thinks she above everyone. Regan had more respect and decency than her nasty mother. The mother needs to come down from her pedestal and take notes from her daughter on being kind and patient. Man, her mom is such a nasty mean lady!
