I have been a patient of Dr. Bihun's for almost 30 years. She has always been very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. No complaints at all with her care.

Our experiences with this doctor have been nothing short of a nightmare. Her bedside manner is cold and, at times, rude. I’d overlook this if she was decent at what she does, but she isn’t. Refuses to order tests and when pressed, will respond with “it’s all normal”. When we finally found a real physician, they were shocked at the laziness of this doctor who has caused irreversible damage to a number of our family member’s health. She reports that she sends referrals as promised but when we follow up with specialists, it’s never been sent. We had to call repeatedly to get referrals faxed. 2 years later we are still waiting for specialist appointments because of her incompetence. I have long been contemplating a CPSO complaint against this negligent, incompetent and rude physician. How she has patients and how she can justify the money she receives for this atrocious care is beyond me. She is everything that is wrong with our medical system.

Had her for many years before I moved provinces, very professional, realistic, empathetic, and human. Staff is very nice and communication is good amongst them, nothing has ever been forgotten about in my years with her, not a call back, nothing.

Julie has been my doctor for many years. I trust her without reservations. I find that if she is not sure about something she will refer you to a specialist. I also find that she is willing to listen and respect my opinion and i feel free to disagree with her when I think she is wrong or there are other options I want to explore. She is a good person.

I, along with my husband children and grandchildren all have Dr. Bihun as our physician . I know longer ago she had one or two cold members of her office staff. I think they must be gone because now I'm treated wonderfully by them.
I really like Dr. Bihun's manner. I find her compassionate, efficient, and thorough.
I'd highly recommend her.

Dr. Bihun seems quite smart, however she's quite hasty and doesn't take the time to explain what's really going on.

Dr. Bihun is a smart doctor however seeing her feels like she wants you gone right away, she doesn't give you time to ask questions. Her staff (other than one lovely woman) is cold, extremely rude and disorganized. They have on multiple occasions forgotten to flag blood work and refused and to take any blame over the phone, even 3 months after the blood work had been done. I still hadn't been given a follow up; even with me calling the doctor office to ask them to check up on the status of my results. Later I was told the staff had just not flagged the bloodwork as arrived back from the lab, 3 months after it arrived, with me calling, clearly they weren't checking my file. I've also been turned away from the staff for being 4 minutes late to an appointment, after usually having to wait 20 minutes for my checkup. Dr. Bihun is a fine doctor to those to see the doctor minimally but her staff makes me dread the experience and they're all Karens

Dr. Bihun is the best doctor I've ever had! For 20 years she's never been wrong, always punctual, and so nice & professional! She's a fantastic doctor!

Dr. Bihun has been my family doctor for the past 27 years. She is very approachable and a good listener. She takes the time you need for her assessment and patient care. She has taken care for me, my husband and my tree boys. I do recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor who cares.
