We started seeing Dr. Marks about 1 year ago, she has been very helpful with our 1 year old son, she takes teh time to see him and when we had a real problem, she was very willing to help us out after clinic hours. so far she has been a great doctor.

Dr Marks has been one of the best doctors my wife & I have had in a long time.Even though she is over worked, she still takes the time to explain everything and is very thorough. We are very upset that the AIM Health Group has locked her & Dr Faltas out of their offices, leaving us and hundreds of other patients in limbo. Hopefully they will be in their new offices soon.

Dr Marks is an excellent diagnostician. She gives very good examinations,takes time to explain things and gives very clear answers to my questions.I don't know the details about what is happening at the Aims Clinic but I don't think that she and her husband were treated in a very professional and appropriate way.

Dr Marks is the best family doctor I've ever had. She returns calls and gives results in person. She gives you all her time and listens to you. She explains things clearly and puts you at ease.

She is a new Doc in Orleans, I like her she's really nice and she was very Helpful. She really takes her time with each patient you don't feel rushed. She is a little slow but I think she's great. The clinic is old but they are moving!

Went there in Feb 2007 when the advertising was up. Never even got a call back from the staff. Went in again, staff assured me everyone on the list would be called. Almost Sept now, no call. Impression was of a badly disorganized office area, overloaded, patients lined up too much. Notices all over the walls about extra charges for this and that. What is this place - looks like American style medicare. Not impressed and just as happy to stay with Dr. I have now. Thanks for nothing.

Have met with this doctorseveral times and on a personal level, really like her and find her compassionate. At times a bit forgetful, never-the-less I was impressed that she orders tests to be thorough. The down side to this place is the administrative side: it's a nightmare calling to get an appointment, calls go unreturned, the staff is slow, line-ups long, and it is not the most tidy and clean environment. At this point, I have to wonder if the fact that she seems like potentially a good doctor is worth having to go through such miserable time just trying to book an appointment!

Be careful with this doctor. Makes wrong dianostics. She can't analyse basic blood test results. Told me my cholesterol was higher than normal but was unable to tell if it was light, medium, heavy Cholesterol she did not know...Wrost clinic I ever visited. Mailbox always full, can't leave messages. This clinic is part of the AIM Health group.
