I brought my fiancée to see Dr. Bishara, she has chronic High blood Pressure. Last time she saw the doctor was about 4 months ago because she had to back to her country. The doctor back then prescribed her two blood pressure medications and was working great for her. Without medication she is way above 160/90. The dr only prescribed her one of the medications this time and cholesterol medication which commonly prescribed when you you have high blood pressure. Knowing the Hippa Law very well because my cousin is the Risk Manager in a well known hospital I ask to speak to the the doctor. That's when things turned for the worse. I was lectured on the Hippa Law. So I brought my fiancée in the clinic to sign a release. That is when the true UNPROFESSIONALISM OF THIS SO CALLED DR. came to light he kicked me off the premises insulted me in front of my fiancée with foul and obscene language. In all of my 47 years of life I have never heard or seen a true Health Professional act this way. OMG!
