john trudel has been our families doctor for years. He is a kind and compassionate doctor who is exellent at what he does. He took care of my mom and dad while i care for them too. When i lost my dad he called from his busy day with his condolences. I have all the faith in the world in Dr Trudel. He really cares about his patients and does whatever is in his power to see that they get the best medical care he can provide. He has moved from holden reliant to westborough reliant now. I cant say enough for all he has done for my family. He is the best. He truly is a great doctor. I would recommend Dr. john trudel as the best family doctor you could have on your side. Just knowing that I have him caring for me gives me great comfort. he is a brilliant doctor that will give you the care you deserve with dignity and respect as well as a one who will get you to a specialist if needed. He crosses his t's and dots his i's on everything he does. thank you Dr. Trudel as always gwen

Dr Trudel was very rude and dismissive toward me when I went to his office. If he didn't know an answer to my question then he just kept quiet and didn't say a word. When I made a suggestion as to how I could help with my care, he just glared at me and told me I don't have a medical degree and I shouldn't even think without asking him first. How could he say that to a patient? He was in a foul mood and spoke down to me as though I was a 2 year old. Glad the move is coming. Now I have an excuse to see a new doctor who will care for my health properly!

I really like Dr. Trudel and think he is a great doctor. He is relocating to a new office, and I plan to continue my healthcare with him, even though the drive is more than double what it is now. Dr. Trudel always made me feel very comfortable. Some doctors can be overwhelming and intimidating; not Dr. Trudel. He talked to me so I could understand and was always open and available for my questions and concerns. During his care, he always told me everything he was doing, putting me at ease- from the sound an instrument was making to why he was doing what he was doing.

First, the staff at the desk did not even greet me or look at me when I walked in. They sat and continued their personal conversation. Someone came from a back room and asked me if I had been helped and then had to ask one of them to help me. Dr. Trudel was very rude, and short with me. He did not listen to me or answer my questions. He thought he was funny by suggesting I eat my rabbit in stew since he thought I may be allergic. He dismissed my major ear pain as nothing and hardly even looked at them. He just kept telling me to take medicine that had not helped me for over a month. He also told me it was just a cold and I ended up in the emergency room because the pain got so bad. Turns out I have really bad TMJ and it is irritating my ears. I had asked him about TMJ previously and once again, he didn't even answer my question. Would NOT go to him!! I know things happen but I truly feel if he had spent more time to listen and check me out it could have been helped earlier.
