After asking if there was something I could do to help cope with my MS symptoms to go along with medicine I was on, he laughed at me and said there was abaolutely nothing I could do. I also asked if there was a good regimin that could help with chronic inflammation and pain, and he simply stated that he never wanted me to ask that question again. Rude, arrogant, and extremely unprofessional in my opinion.

He really upset me so much with his "professional" manner that I had to fire him. Glibbness and sarcasm is something that one does not need when they are trying to cope with a chronic illness. He will never realize how this affected me...maybe he wouldn't care anyway.
