Well came in listened to me, but then gave me incorrect information. Gave me prescription for meds for chest/sinus infection, which wasn’t the case. Told me not to use Advil to help with the edema I was dealing with and said it would make it worse. Also told me not to get lymphatic drainage and massage as this would also make it worse. Yet my own knowledge being an Rmt
Both those things make it better for my symptoms. Confirmed the lymphatic draining/massage with 2 other doctors who also said it would help me, and to keep up with Advil as well for the edema. This doctor is a quak save yourself some time and see someone else.

With what I was dealing with,and living with trauma,I was finding it hard to express my issues, the words just wouldn't come out. He was so caring,asked alot of questions and did not rush me out the door. and after only a few visits with him I asked if he was taking patients on. Thank you Dr Grobler

Worst Doctor ever. Mis dpiagnosed me for more then one thing. So glad I was able to find a new better dr.

Dr. Gert Grobler has misdiagnosed me once, saying that my throat was sore because I was a mouth breather and told me that my pharyngitis would heal by changing my breathing. That is insanely wrong, and I actually got worse and had to use antibiotics and got very very sick. The idea was to investigate and treat the pharyngitis before it got worse, instead he just sent me home without any medication after inspecting my throat for less than 3 seconds.

The same doctor has also, on a completely separated occasion, hand prescribed me incorrect medication. Instead of printing the prescription from my file as I taken that medication for years, he decided to make a hand written prescription. Since doctors Grobler handwritting is totally illegible, I took his words for it and went to the pharmacy. I only realized the mistake when I had the pill inside my mouth. He gave me the wrong medication, with the wrong dosage. Pharmasave was able to tell the prescription was grossly mishandled by comparing the drug he scribbled with the one on my file and fixed the mistake, but I was at a financial loss for the original incorrect medication. Both pharmacists were appalled and told me the error was serious and that I should do some sort of report or let the clinic know the doctor made a serious prescription mistake.

Unfortunatelly I have no choice but to go to another clinic or call before hand to know hes not there so I know im not going to run into misdiagnosis again.

I had injured my wrist. He didn't listen at all, assumed I had arthritis then ordered tests that weren't necessary (was tested before) and prescribed a drug that was for a condition I don't have! Dangerously incompetent.

It's too bad Dr. Grobler wound up in hot water over the whole COVID thing. He's an amazing doctor, and if he opened his own practice, I will surely follow him! I'll stick with the doc I have at HealthWorx for the time being.

Dr. Grobler is by far the best Doctor I have had the pleasure of having!! He has been my Doctor for 10yrs, and I am Sad to see him Go!!! BEST WISHES
