Very disappointing experience with unprofessional conduct including posting different rates in waiting room on the wall, but charging different. Also insisting on in person pickup of the results despite the high covid rates in the area and would not use Telehealth for providing picking up results, because it “must be sign with ink pen”. Very unhappy

I am waiting with my mother for over 5 hours for this doctor. Staff is unaware of where he is, they promise things they cannot deliver and his office is stacked with files beyond belief. The facility is dirty and would make anyone sick. Tools and materials in room are old and out of date. This is the most unprofessional and ridiculous doctors visit I have ever had. We left after 7 hours of waiting so I cannot tell you of the doctors knowledge but I can tell you I will never go there again! He should be closed!!!

Dr. is nice however be ready to wait for a very long time to see the dr. the office is somewhat disorganized they loose test results if pts. don't keep on top of them they wont care to tell you. It is truly dissapointing.
