I was cibtacted on Facebook by a company which identifies dr. Rouzier as their chief medical officer. Upon investigation there numerous reports in the media regarding his company and his practice. Please be advised that Dr. Rouzier is involved in an online hormone replacement therapy scam. Do not give him any MONEY.

metabolism is genius! His understanding of thyroid functionality is beyond reproach. His book is a must read. I have been under his care for 20 years and my mind and body function better than it should at my age. He is a doctor’s doctor!

OMG ! Dr. Odom's prices are ridiculous. I only take one medication not a whole HRT regimen and they want twice what Dr. Neal charged me. I spoke to some woman today who tired to say i expired 3 years ago from there and she read part of the chart to me saying I hung up on someone. So as a result im out of medication, she refused to help me despite the medication I need is vitally important and cannot be abruptly stopped. Instead of listening and helping i was yelled at accused and told to basically go sc#@$ myself.....that'll be 250 please !

This Dr. has provided good service for me over the past 14 yrs. He recently raised his annual fee, so I over reacted and began to check around for what other Doctors charge. Found out he is charging 50% less than than the rest of them. Sorry for doubting you Neal.

I have been suffering from thyroid problems for the past 3 years and he has been the only doctor out of many who has actually helped me to get better. I feel like a new person now thanks to Dr. Rouzier. I highly recommend him as the Doctor to save your life.

MONEY is there priority. Charge top dollar, no insurance, & if medicare/cal you have to file & they tell you you will not be reimbursed. Unfriendly & incompetent staff, everything is a charge after they force you to pay a yearly fee OR such ridiciulous quoted charges per visit; turns out you have to have all of the faith because they insure you pay, but have to be followed up with to get prescriptions filled in a timely manner; staff does not f/u on any of this. Very HIGH fees for average to very poor service. The CONTRACT SERVICES described are not what is given, but by then you; (unlimited help) but will not let you come in; they talk on the phone, only Carolyn so call backs. do not fax/call in prescriptions extorted with this "fee" that are typically another $300 (that's the DEAL they get you in a mail order). So after all is paid for, any needs/visits other than straight hormone, another fee, no payment; OH WELL, NO PRESCRIPTIONS you supposedly need until money to them.

I luckily found Neal a few years ago. No ego trip here, just good doctoring. Don't expect him to be like most of the other guys because he isn't-he is much better. Neal has years of ER service under his belt besides his private practice, he has seen it all-no ruffled feathers here.I find he is friendly and very easy to talk to. He will give you guidance on a problem but let you decide on accepting his recommended solution. I usually agree and they work for me. My wife also utelizes Neal's services and says she is pleased with his doctoring."He is very helpful and easy to talk to." We are impressed with his broad standard medical and alternative medical knowledge. We intend to continue utelizing his services. At 78 I need all the help I can get...
