I have been seeing Dr Carter for almost two years. I find her warm and caring. She listens to my issues and refers me to
Specialists if the condition warrants I am very particular about my doctors and search for the best. I feel I have found that in Dr Carter

Always late. Insincere hand on shoulder and eye contact followed by extremely poor listening skills (she actually gets up and leaves the room after asking me a question). She ignored half of the issues that I brought to her. After diagnosing one problem she didn't follow up with any tests and then wrote down a different diagnosis in her notes. The next time I visited she asked me how the issue I didn't have was going. I corrected her and she then did nothing about the actual problem. When she is on call during off hours she sends me to urgent care. Strangely, my husband gets very attentive care from her. Baffling.

Recently I became a new patient of Dr. Carter who was prepared before she saw me by reading my mdedical history. She was not rushing to finish like my previous doctor. She was very meticulous in going through my history and asked a lot of questions. She followed up on some test results timely.

Not impressed whatsoever. I waited so long to get an appointment with her, yet got no answers. I was simply told to come back in several weeks.
