I have been seeing Dr. Bessey for years and she has been right so many times, even when I tried to argue about ailments that I have come to have a greatly exalted confidence in her opinions. I believe her to be the most intuitive doctor I have ever had. I trust her with my life most literally.

She was ignorant of symptoms, so the pain isn't real to her. I don't believe she cares at all. Kept looking at the time. Didn't wash her hands.

I've been a patient of Dr. Bessey's for three years. Very dissatisfied with her support and monitoring a simple hypothyroid condition. Attemps to communicate through kp.org resulted in many incidents of incorrect information. She seems to lack any interest in my well-being and is not thorough in her care. I've paid for multiple prescriptions only to be told a week later that it needed to be changed - at my expense! Her staff is poor in following up on online messages. One message about a prescription change sat unread for 3 months with a weak opening line that they had not been able to contact me on my cell phone. Leave me a message? Follow up to make sure I got the new meds? AwafuL!

Dr. Bessey didn't act like she even cared about what was going on with me. A year later and a new doctor, I'm finding out that if she has just taken the time to really listen and take me serious I wouldn't have to became as sick as I am today. Instead she blew me off and treated me as if I was over reacting or tried to pawn me off on my OB to treat me for a disease that he couldn't possibly be the right person to refer me to.

Had what seemed to be a rash or allergic reaction to something. Dr. Bessey thought it was scabies and treated it as such. I was skeptical, she was right. Also, this was an urgent care issue because it had spread and I was literally in and out in 35 minutes, no joke. Awesome experience all the way around and the scabies have thankfully vacated my body. Going to make Dr. Bessey my primary GP!

I told her I was moving country in a few weeks, at which point she told me that I just had allergies and they would go away as soon as I moved. Of course that didn't happen, but conveniently for her I was far removed from her services. Had no insurance in the new country and had to suffer a year of a horrible ailments because she was too lazy to really figure out what I had. Was meant to have another appointment with her today for a physical but after waiting a month for this, it turns out she is on vacation. Obviously not her direct fault but Kaiser not only allowed me to make the appointment in the first place, but also didn't tell me she was on vacation and even confirmed 2 days ago. Now they want me to wait another month for another appointment, and have not even so much as apologized. Would not recommend her or kaiser.
