I trust Dr. Alexander with my entire family’s eye checkups. Very thorough and knowledgeable and patient. The one drawback as others have mentioned is that he is a salesman. He pushes his glasses products hard and the products are extremely expensive.

Dr Alexander is excellent. He is always so helpful and seems very caring. The front end staff, well, that’s another story. They treat me like garbage. Only reason why I stay is because of Dar. Alexander

An excellent optometrist in my opinion. My yearly eye exams are always thorough. And any extra issues have been dealt with quickly and well. (When I needed cataract surgery, the recommendations I was given all worked out well. And on one occasion when I needed to visit the retinal centre for an issue, that appointment was quickly arranged too.)

Dr. Jason Alexander was so helpful in dealing with my eye issue. One of the best experiences I've ever had with the medical system. Highly recommend!

Our whole family has been very pleased with Dr. Jason Alexander's care for our eyes. He is very knowledgeable and does the 'extra' to make sure we get in to see him when there is a concern.
My husband has myopic degeneration and Dr. Alexander's recommendations were exactly what he needed. My husband has not had any issues with this for over 25 years! We are so thankful! Dr. Alexander has excellent patient/dr skills. Much appreciated! We highly recommend him!

My Family have been going to DR. Jason Alexander for many years. We find him knowledgeable and courteous. I personal find the staff slow too busy chattering in the back room.
As of late my wife is having vision problems and DR A. seems reluctant to refer her to a Specialist. We find their glasses expensive and there is no offer to provide us with the Prescription.

Dr. Alexander is fantastic! I am a diabetic and have been for over 40 years. Since coming to see Dr. Alexander I feel I have someone on my team helping me. He cares about my me and keeps amazing records of all of my previous appointments providing a baseline recording the health of my eyes. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for the best care and professionalism you can find!

Dr Alexander is an ok doctor, but not the same person he was even 5 or 6 years ago. He was not helpful at all with a serious eye condition that I had, and when I asked to see a specialist, he said "What kind of specialist do you want to see" (???) How would I know that? I didn't know what eye issue I had, I only knew that my vision wasn't great, and it was getting worse every few months. He sent me to a guy at the Royal Alex who was rude and dismissive, and didn't actually look in my eye, only 'diagnosed me' from what was written on my chart by Dr. Alexander. I switched doctors, and got in to see Dr Mahta Rasouli. (Who was great!) It turns out I have a cataract and scarring in my eye that requires surgery. Left alone, it will, and has only gotten worse. I will be having surgery on it shortly.
Also, the 'push' in Dr Alexander's office to buy his very expensive glasses and frames is disturbing. They are VERY reluctant to hand over your prescription, even though it belongs to YOU, because YOU paid for it. Costco and Walmart basically have the same glasses for less than half the price.

A more conscientious, caring and skillful optometrist you will not find. Dr. Alexander is the epitome of professionalism in his field.
