Dr. Venugopal has been my doctor for over 15 years now. She is excellent. She is knowledgeable and takes the necessary time to address all concerns. Wait time in her office can be a problem as she is the only physician there. But she is well worth the wait. She is fantastic with my kids and my husband really likes her as well. I have recommended her to several friends and co-workers and all have had good things to report back about their experience with her. She has even taken the time to call me with lab results in the evening or over the weekend so I did not have to wait until the following work day to get them. She has called to check in on my children on nights and weekends. She's a real gem.

Went in 1st appointment of the day. Waited 1 hour in lobby, 2 hours alone in room. She barely looked at me, stared at her papers. Barely spoke. Wanted me to schedule recheck in 6 mos. Did. Never went cos forgot and office never did a reminder call. Wanted a refill, clinic didn't call to tell me they wanted me to schedule an exam, instead had Walgreens pharmacy tell me. Very rude! Stated they hadn't seen me in 19 mos! My vet can remember to send out reminders and call. Vet sends out cards reminding of need to annual exam due! But this physician can't! Scheduled the appointment and had to fight with her to fill my emergency asthma inhaler. Seemed she would rather me go to ER with attack than risk missing the money from her worthless exams she doesn't even do. Find a new doctor and go somewhere else!
