Doctor never jeeps his appointments especially the telephone ones. They schedule you for it but never call back then have you reschedule back in 3 months. If the doctor does answer, he will speak so fast that it is hard to understand since they want to keep the visit almost 3 minutes tops. Makes no attempt to care for patient nor to evaluate further labs or studies. Every visit seems like a chore, and as a patient, I always feel terrible and misunderstood. I feel like a burden and no doctor should make someone feel that way because they are sick.

Dr. Alnabelsi is a knowledgeable, cooperative doctor - IF you can get past his front office staff - who are impatient, disrespectful, arrogant and defensive. As so many other patients have commented, they do not return calls - don't even waste your time leaving them a voice-mail (IF you even can! Most often the voicemail box is FULL, so you cannot leave a message.). I've been treated by Dr. Alnabelsi for nearly 3 years and it has been an uphill battle with his staff the entire time. Clearly the "girls" in the office have him wrapped around their fingers - why else would he ignore all the complaints he gets??

Was not honest about return appiontments. Cancelled them without telling me, more than once. I found out when I showed up. Did not seem to want to or know how to handle hypothyroidism unresponsive to T4; did not order proper labs. Did not want to follow thyroid cancer. Did not properly follow DM.

My experience - and as a first time patient - was to the contrary. He took the time and care to explain things and answer my questions. No problem at all. Great hospital manner

Dr. Alnabelsi is medically competent but uncaring. Doesn't want to answer questions. In a rush. Not a good doctor-patient relationship.
