Good doctor. Recommend her. She takes her time listening to me and she is very experienced in her field. I leave her office with a little more knowledge each time.

Dr. Clay is very empathetic and takes time to listen to my concerns. I was diagnosed with Graves Disease, and she has not only been my Endocrinologist, she has been my cheerleader. During every appointment, she takes time to encourage me. This is especially important to me because thyroid issues can be difficult on patients. There is not a “quick fix” for Thyroid disorders, but Dr. Clay has been caring, forthright, respectful, and thorough in treating me not only as a patient, but a human being.

Very bad experience there. The office staff and the nurse was good, just the doctor wont listen. I was highly allergic to my medicine and she just increased the dosage. She stays on vacation and you cant get help if you need it. I was instructed to call my family doctor, which I did. He took me off of my thyroid meds and changed them. I started feeling better and had a follow up appt to go see her. She called and fired me before my appt. She doesn't care to hear her patients and she is the boss. She didn't care about my symptoms, that my heart was about to explode! The er doctor also told me to quit taking the meds and change them! I will never recommend her to anyone, ever!
