Typo - the review of Feb. 18, 2015 correcting/retracting the review of the previous day, Feb. 17, 2015, should have referred to it as Feb. 17, 2015, not Feb. 15, 2005. This was typographical error.

The review of on February 15, 2005 is completely false and inaccurate. It is, rather, an expression of frustration, pain, and anger on the part of the patient alone, already upset by other things, and not at all a legitimate reflection on or evaluation of Dr. Sheldon, whose credentials, experience, and career are actually exemplary. She is a perfectly fine doctor, with notable accomplishments and long experience, and should not have been subjected to this irresponsible outburst and distortion, particularly on a public forum. I know because I wrote this review, and realized afterwards that it really was not true at all, and I was just spewing inaccurate anger and frustration in the midst of painful memories that really had nothing to do with Dr. Sheldon, preceeded any consultation with her, and were my responsibility aone. I would have removed this review immediately after writing it yesterday, but this website does not allow removal of posts, nor even any further correction or modification once a post is entered. I therefore just completely retract it, apologize, and advise any patients or prospective patients to discount and disregard it. I would have also added this retraction immediately, except for extreme winter weather which took the evening, and the difficulty of finding some way to add a corrected review. I make this retraction of my own free will, not under pressure or influence from anyone else, and state again that Dr. Sheldon is in fact a fine and excellent doctor.

Rude, abrasive, supercilious, self-important (psychiatrist for a time at Harvard Law School - impressed with herself, though little more than glorified infirmary nurse). In consultation, she was all of above, plus unkind, unempathetic, insulting and confrontational with no provocation, wooden, lacking in perception and simple human feeling. Academic reputation, but terrible clinician. Avoid this doctor.
