I was not seen by the nurse until over 1 hr after my appointment time. The vision test equipment malfunctioned numerous times. The receptionist misinformed me with respect to filling out a form, so after the doctor came in I had to fill out a new copy while the doctor went to see another patient. Also, the doctor misinformed me regarding the number of years that my medical certification would be valid, saying it would be valid for only 2 years when it was actually valid for 5.

Dr Brant is knowledgable and his staff is efficient. Long waits make it seem that he his too many patients.
