I've been seeing Dr. Merz for about 2 years now. She had helped me overcome many obstacles. I'm so grateful that I found her.

Dr Merz is never on time. She runs at least 30 minutes behind on a good day. Once, she made me reschedule my appointment because I "was late" (I checked in 2 minutes BEFORE my scheduled appointment time) and it took months to get back in. She's nice in office and seems to know what she is doing but I really don't think that she cares about her patients. I'd recommend seeing someone else.
