Dr. Clark is being sued in Marion County. Case no.08MR-CV00945. He tried to have the suit dismissed and then tried to get a summary judgement. Based on evidence the judge refused. The counts against him are 2 counts of false imprisonment, negligence per se, and medical malpractice. The judge also let stand a count for punitive damages. Hannibal Regional Hospital closed its mental health unit as a result of this lawsuit in which they are also defendants.
