Been using this doc for about 5 years- and have had a couple of bad experiences. I feel i gave him a fair chance over this amount of time, but i continued to be dissatisfied. Sometimes it seems like he isn't up to date on newer things and i feel like sometimes he guesses when he answers questions. Maybe this is just my perception. However, he has a very pleasant attitude and always has a smile on his face, and for the most part seems genuinely concerned. He takes his time and really listens to what you have to say. I will not be using him again, but maybe we just didn't "click".
