It has been awhile since I have gone to this doctor but, If this is the same Dr. Milton Havron of Winchester Family Practice, I would never refer him to anyone. When I needed genetic testing because of a family history of cancer, he refused to give me a referral. Claimed he knew of no such testing that existed and then wanted to see if he could do it himself. When I complained and tried to explain he refused to listen and instead sent me a letter saying he was dropping me from practice. He probably saved my life. Luckily I found a more caring group of doctors that gave me my referral and through genetic testing I found I was BRCA2 (Hereditary Breast and Ovarian Cancer Gene). I've had preventive surgery to help prolong my life. If I had continued to go to him I probably would be dead by now.
