Dr. Austin takes the time to explain your blood work and any illnesses you may bring up he tries to resolve or refer. I've had great experiences with him vs. the many other doctors I've gone to visit.

His office manager is very unprofessional. It is because of her that I left this practice. She will shame you for everything from your lab results to rescheduling an appointment. She is in the wrong line of work.

the doctor is nice - kinda quiet or shy. has mostly geriatric patients so it seems he's not as up on younger folks' issues. the wait is tremendous. bring a book.
