I thought she was great. Saw her for several years. She is to the point and very blunt but I had no problem with that.

After a 6 month wait to see her, then another month to get the biopsy result. She walks in the room said "you have cancer, I'm done with you" and proceeded to walk out!I stopped her and said "What???". Had to demand she explain what she had said. A very cold, uncaring, rude person. Go elsewhere.

Dr. Hall is moody and absolutely rude. Although she is knowledgeable, she has a serious attitude. I think if she wasn't the only derm in the area... people would chose to NOT go to her.

I have bad acne scars..looks like little red dots all over my face.After waiting for that appointment for 5 months or so,she didnt do a thing for me. She told me that they will fade. She also told me that they would fade 6 years agao,and when I had asked her if I would be able to get a bleaching cream to hurry the process, she told me she didn't believe in that kind of treatment.Then she was trying to treat me for acne with a new kind of birth control pill, even tho acne is no longer my issue. Now I have to wait and see a different doctor. Hopefully he/she will help me, as they have no idea how this skin condition affects my life.

Dr. Hall is pleasant enough but dealing with her office is a nightmare. Staff is not friendly! If you need to reschedule your appointment good luck. They will never return your calls or answer the phone. I went to her twice for the same problem and she just kept prescribing ineffectual creams I could have purchased at a drug store. Eventually another doctor was able to help me. Would NOT recommend.

She should retire, it seems she just doesn't have any interest in patients problems, you are in and out of her office before you realize. Did not return for another appointment.

After waiting four months, I was re-scheduled for an even longer wait. The skin problem I had initially booked the appt. for had cleared up however, I have been experiencing SEVERE hair loss for 10 months and had planned to inquire as getting nowhere with GP! She refused to discuss the hair loss as it was not mentioned in request, tugged on my hair and said I was 'normal!' Have since been diagnosed with 'Hashimoto's Thyroiditis'..SHAME ON YOU! If you want medical help in this region.. GO TO HAMILTON!!!

I found her very arrogant. Her first comment to me when I walked in was that to come to a dermatologist with a tan i must be brave or stupid. When I didn't respond she said it was probably both. I came for a treatment not a judgement!!!!

had what my family M.D. thought was ringworm for a decade. Dr. Hall had a quick look and diagnosed it as something else (sent away scrapings so I'll find out what at my next appointment). gave me a cream prescription and it was GONE in 3 days. I'm thrilled! Take a good book along because its a long wait.

My GP made an appointment for me to see Dr. Hall. When I got there Dr. Hall was not. I saw someone else for whom I had no respect. My doctor made another appointment and advised me to call before I went. I did and Dr. Hall was there. She set up another appointment for me and when I went she was not there. Doctors charge us when we miss our appointments. What do patients get except wasted time, gas and money? It is the first time this has ever happened to me and I have been to doctors in Canada, the USA, England and Scotland. I wasted several weeks waiting for her. I will not say what I think about Dr. Hall because it is coloured by my experience. I am very disappointed in her. I feel that the office staff is the worst I have had the misfortune to enounter.
