I had this doctor for several years and thought he was okay. I asked about taking a PSA test and he said he did not believe in them. I was over fifty at the time. He never did take a PSA test for me. When I became dissatisfied and switched to another doctor at the of 63, my new doctor immediately took a PSA test and I had a PSA score of 50 which is very very high since a score of 7 can be alarming. Of course by then I had a very aggressive form of prostate cancer. That was two years ago. I am still under treatment and fighting for my life.
