Dr. Hutchings is the most caring doctor I have ever met. She went way above and beyond for our family. You may have to wait awhile to get into her office but she treats you like you are the only person she cares for when you are meeting with her.

Dr Hutchings is a kind and competent doctor. She is proactive and shows genuine care for her patients. However there are some serious administrative issues with her clinic. Her office's system for processing prescription renewals is flawed. There are often errors with dosage, pill numbers and even with the name of the medication. And there are always long delays in responding to requests from pharmacies.

Our family is so pleased that Dr Hutchings is our dr! She is kind, helpful and has the best bed side manor I've ever seen. She is excellent with babies and children - so gentle and flexible! I find it very difficult to get in touch with her - her office is very busy, and they seem to need more help with answering the phones. Other than that, it is great! As an added plus, parking is free and convienent and it is wheelchair/stroller accessible!

she always makes mistakes with the strength of my medications. one time, she gave me the same medication with different strengths and I was overdosed. she also does not give refills. she wants the druggist to fax prescription requests every time. the pharmacy told me that she gets at least 11 dollars every request/signature (maybe the reason why she does not give out repeats?).

My last 4 appt's have been cancelled by her and my yearly physical was moved to a nurse practitioner, even though she was in the office that day. Not happy with her right now!

Dr. Hutchings is a wonderful doctor. I recently moved to Ontario and she took my family on with no hesitation which is wonderful due to the shortage of doctors in our area. She is caring, compassionate, and a perfect fit for myself and my family!

Always late (would come in from lunch 30 minutes after my scheduled appt.), and left me waiting in her office for 20 minutes after greeting me. Never knew what I was following up for. Was not prepared for my appointments. I had to move on!

Very helpful in all aspects of anything concerning your health. She listens and dosent hesitate to refer you on to specialists if needed.This physcian is amazing and we are so glad to have had her choose Stayner to pratice medicine. You have given back to us what many doctors havent. Keep up the great work.

Sharp, open minded toward alternative medicine (does not discourage it if it makes the patients feel better), very intuitive individual, pleasant to talk to and she listens to her patients.
