I've had this doctor for last 20 years. she is down to earth and treats patience with respect and urgency for results.I'm not sure what other patrience are talking about. (maybe a bad day like any other human). Mostrly she receives my results as well as my family doctor and she was quicker in getting me in and starting the treatment than my family doctor with whom I also had great respect. She is genually interested in her patience well being and yes gynecology and obstetrics is what she is and should focus on. You do not need to wait too long for an appointment as you do with other specialists.

I am disappointed with the previous comments. I have been going for over 5 years and have not experienced anything negative. I have had a great experience with this Dr. She was very detailed and thorough – something I appreciate when it come to my health. She took no chances and was very honest with me.

This doctor gave me a painful examination; she lost my chart;and failed to follow up on suspicious signs that eventually led to cancer

She was argumentative about my medical history and abrupt when asking questions. She was dismissive of my condition, telling me it was very, very minor, yet she ordered another ultrasound even though I had had two in the previous 6 weeks, from which she had the results. When I questioned why I needed a third ultrasound, her response was to tear up the requisition. She talked almost exclusively about her own area of interest - breast and ovarian cancer, and ordered tests to check for these diseases even though I was not referred for these diseases nor do I have a family history. She was dismissive of breast self-examination and my family doctor's recommendation of annual mammograms beginning at age 50. She stated that I was irresponsible for not insisting on annual mammograms beginning at age 40 despite my family doctor's recommendation that they begin at age 50. I don't feel my needs were met and I do not plan to return to her.
