Overcharging compared to other doctors; charged for follow up visits; long waiting time inside the office followed by 5 minute chat with doctor not really diving deep into the problem but more concerned about making next appointment; prescriptions almost always have no refills available, to make you come again for next portion; overall, low efficiency of the service.

Worst doctor ever! She shouldn't be practicing in the U.S. She needs to back to Russia or where ever she's from. Practically yells at her patients for a no show visit when the patient gave a 24 hour notice of canceling the appointment due to death in family. Very rude walked right out of her room and didn't even see her patient. The patient waited for 15 minutes and ended up walking out btw the patient was myself. She is absolutely a horrible doctor on earth left me in tears her exam rooms don't have Kleenex she didn't even bother to get me one. She said I needed to see a psychiatrist on her way out of the room without even seeing me or talking to me for the reason of the visit. Horrible doctor no one should experience what I have experienced never going to a Russian doctor again . Horrible doctor horrible staff who don't even understand English and don't return phone calls.

She was friendly at first but then it seemed like she was setting appointments for no reason. When I did have a problem, she took two months to search for the problem but ended up just sending me to the ER. After being diagnosed, a family member called worried that I had a serious illness after visiting her office. I was very angry that my privacy was violated. The "staff" at her office is also very rude and wait time is horrible. It is very sad that most of her patients do not speak English and feel like this is their only choice.

She is the best doctor i have ever had. She has gotten to know me and my kids as people and not just patients and treats us like we were family. the office is able to see my kids pretty quickly when their sick, which is a huge plus.

My entire family has been going to Dr. Kulakivsky for almost 9 years. She is not only a great doctor but a great friend. She makes you feel as comfortable as possible. Her warm and open nature always puts me and my kids at ease. My kids ask to visit her even if they are healthy. She doesn't rush you when you have questions. She always gives you many options to take care of any problems you may have. I highly recommend her as your family's doctor!

It's a relief to finally find a knowledgeable doctor that didn't try to rush me out of the office and spent as much time as needed to answer my questions and give me the diagnosis I should have gotten a long time ago. She didn't skimp on tests like other doctors I saw before in the interest of saving time or money. Thanks to her I was diagnosed with a thyroid problem and put on meds right away. She was surprised that other doctors said that I had everything but a thyroid problem and wouldn't order a test for it. I highly recommend her, she is a very friendly and caring person.

Dr. Kulakivsky was friendly, but overlooked a life-threatening situation that nearly resulted in me losing my life. I went in summer of 2006 complaining of abdominal pain. She said my gallbladder felt enlarged and did some tests and said we'd schedule an ultrasound when the tests came back. the tests showed elevated kidney enzymes, stomach bacteria and white blood cells. She then attributed the counts to the fact that I had ridden my bike into the office and they might not be accurate. She stated that they "had to be incorrect" because I was 22 years old and shouldn't have tests that alarming. Luckily I bypassed her opinion and went to a GI surgeon in Seattle, who quickly found the issue that required emergency surgery to save my life.
