She made my grandma with Alzheimer's wait over a week to respond to the nursing home with a green light to have crushed pills. Disgusting.

Her nurses are really great. But Dr. Bloomhuff left me looking for another doctor. Echo the other reviews of cold and you seem to be boring her. She is quick in and quick out. I found out I have a thyroid problem that I had been asking her about for over two years. She would simply run a blood test and say levels ran normal. At my new doctor, I found out this is one of the most inaccurate ways to tell if someone has thyroid problems.

I would choose Dr. Bloomhuff again, and recommend her without reservation. Dr. Bloomhuff has addressed my medical concerns, both urgent and regular, with insightful and thorough analysis, and genuine human concern. I was hospitalized for several weeks, and needed a primary care Doctor. I am glad I happened on her Practice. Some people understand others. Some people care about others. Dr. Bloomhuff does both, and that is rare.

I am at the point of finding a new doctor. About the last 4 out of 5 times I've seen Dr. Bloomhuff, I left feeling worse off than before seeing her. I recently went in for prolonged vaginal bleeding. I explained this problem began right after I switched birth control. She said she was going to "run some tests", but she didn't say which ones. She did a pelvic exam, and she left quickly after that. She didn't say ANYTHING as to what it could be, or any suggestions to alternative birth control. Well shortly after my visit, I began to bleed very heavily. After a few hours I felt extremely ill, so I went to the emergency room. The attending physician seemed less than impressed with Dr. Bloomhuff's "diagnosis". A few days later, I realized that I had several voice messages on my cell phone from ThedaCare. I had been having a lot of problems with my phone, so I didn't get these messages until days after they had been left. I called back, and got nothing but attitude. Poor service.

Cold, and almost condescending when you try to explain your problem, don't take more than 30 seconds to explain or you will bore her.Have been to her 4 times, and each time she made me feel like I was annoying her.Sorry to bother you with my broken wrist. lol

Dr Bloomhuff almost killed my son. She doesn't listen & is very cold. I moved him to a different Dr after he was so sick because I couldn't bare not being listened to or taken seriously. I told Bloomhuff about the daily vomiting & constant runny stools for 5 months. My son's belly was bloated so much it caused his belly button to pop out. Once at the new Dr office the new Dr could see something was VERY wrong. My son was given 2 weeks to live at the children’s hospital if they didn't find the problem. They rushed the new Dr’s test & he had a TEXT BOOK case of Celiac. I went back to Bloomhuff & all she said was "oh that's becoming more common" No sorrys or how’s he doing. Very cold & uncaring. I recommend staying away from this Dr. I also found that she ran the same 3 test every time we went in. I don’t understand why she never tried anything new to find out what was wrong. Moving away from this Dr & office saved my son's life! I wish there was more room to say how horrible it all was

I have seen this doctor twice. The first time I felt she was a little cold. But she was pregnant at the time. So I saw her again. The second time, she was amazing. I felt like she listened to me and answered all of my questions and concerns. I was very impressed.

Dr. Bloomhuff doesn't show that she cares about my health. She is very cold and unfriendly. When I leave the office I don't know anymore than when I first walked in. She doesn't explain anything to me and is always in a rush to see other patients.

Very nice staff at ThedaCare in Menasha. Bloomhuff doesn't seem very willing to give advice; you almost have to pry it out of her. I would prefer if she would listen to her patients more. Overall decent doctor.
