Staff (nurse) is very hard to reach to ask questions. Punctuality is about average for any doctor. Helpfulness is reasonable, though doesn't seem to be willing to try different approaches to solving ailments. Knowledge is reasonable. For my ailment I'm going to seek a second opinion.
