Dr. Llorens was apparently running 2 hours late, but never bothered to let me know as I sat for over an hour in the waiting area. I finally went up to ask why I hadn't been seen yet for my procedure. The receptionist called back to the procedure area to find out. She then proclaims he is running 2 hours late with no reason given. I had been fasting already got 12 hours and had no clue when he could "get to me". Very unprofessional.Aso, I specifically asked when I checked in if he was on time and I was told yes.

I had been referred to this doctor for an upper endoscopy. When I arrived the scheduler had erred and scheduled me with another physician. When I said I only wanted Dr Llorens he made exception and performed the procedure even though it was late in the day and he was on his way out ! I really liked him, found him very caring and informative. He alleviated my fears and treated me well.

I had been very ill and went in for a coloscopy. I was in the worst pain of my life and was hysterical. He never came to see me. After he was unable to perform the colonoscopy and I was still in unbearable pain he refused to give me anything to make my pain better. The nurse told me that he wouldn't mind seeing me in his office if I'd like to make an appointment. He cared nothing about me or about my condition. I've never felt so upset, scared and in pain and he would never speak to me. I am so traumatized by this experience that I am crying still two days later.
