I would not have given him any stars if it weren't for the fact you had to. He was extremely rude and did not understand at all. He talked over me and did not answer any of the questions I had. He just said the symptoms would worsen and told me he didn't have a crystal ball that would tell whether it'd be okay or not. He was extremely condescending and acted as if we were stupid.

This man was so patient and compassionate when explaining my mother's condition to our family. He even came back to see us in the hospital later in the day to make sure everything was ok.
