After trying for 2 months to get an appt. with Dr Chase for a new condition, I am going to be looking for a new Dr. Having his nurse Lois call me to give me suggestions, including a Rx. without having done an exam seems fraudulent and irresponsible. I will be checking to make sure my insurance was not charged for an office visit.

Dr Chase showed genuiune concern for my issue, explained it thoroughly. He also followed up with several phone calls personally. During diagnostic testing he was kind and compassionate. I highly recommend him as a physician and 'care' giver.

Dr. Chase demonstrated a severe lack of knowledge in his area of practice. He was unable and unwilling to help me with my condition. An appropriate amount of time was not spent to try to understand the condition.
