I have seen Dr. Parfitt twice now for knee injections and have been extremely pleased with his knowledge, time answering my questions, and his desire to travel to smaller communities to offer his expertise. He recocognizes the stress and expense of travel costs associated with going to the city for care. His MOA (Medical Office Assistant) Lisa is a pleasure to call and has been most accomodating for apt times. If you ever get the chance to have an apt with him in the Clearwater Hospital you will be very pleased with your experience.

Dr. Parfitt is very professional and knowledgeable. I have seen him regarding knee pain and I have received cortisone shots to relieve the pain. He is an expert at giving these shots

I give this doctor 1 star and in my opinion, generous. My husband was sent to Parfitt by his doctor concerning knee problem. . He kept my husband waiting while making personal calls. Gave my husband 5 minutes of his time while he looked at the X-ray and said yes arthritis. Did not look at his knee ask any questions. He said come and see me if it does not improve and I will give you a cortisone shot. My husband ended up going with a private consultation at private clinic. Meniscus. Surgery done, all better. Would not recommend this doctor.

I had a consultation visit with Dr. Parfitt in rural area hospital. He is very knowledgeable and referred me to hip operation to Vernon Ortho Clinic. I was operated in 6 months and everything went very well. Thank You 🙏

I’ve been seein Dr Parfitt for back as far as 2006 , I had him finally do my ulnar nerve surgery after being referred to him again ,while others kept misdiagnosing me , so I had aTOS surgery plus two carpel tunnel surgeries , to finally have my ulnar nerve surgery done. , and yes it finally fixed what was wrong , so we checked my other arm with testing found out it was the same so did that one too , very happy with both outcomes !
I am now back for my second knee issue as he helped me with my first .
He’s always very friendly and open to any questions I have , I would recommend him .

Horrible mannerism, saw him 3 times and barely let me know what might be happening with my foot. The 2nd visit he wasn't too bad, happy mood that day and said to return in the summer for a follow up to have an xray to see if there were any changes to the condition of my foot. The third visit was the last (I understand he is afraid of COVID19) as he didn't even enter the room. Looked at my foot from the doorway 4 feet away, decided I didn't need to be sent for xray follow up even though I now have a bunion and a hammer toe starting. He said I'm fine and sent me on my way. I'm 43 and have to walk on this foot for the rest of my life! Not recommended to even my worst enemy. He had me in late to all 3 appointments.

This man is an extremely poor communicator to say the least. I as the patient was encouraged to feel insignificant for asking questions. This man is quite arrogant and condescending. I agree with other patients about how flip he seems about information he should know about your file. I thought he was joking about his apparent forgetfulness or whatever it could be called. I advise to go to another doctor than this man.

Unbelievably unprofessional- I overheard him berating the DHMH nurses, “...you’re here to serve me!”. God-complex. When the nurse tried to talk to him about exercising Covid precautions, he became irate. Just another contractor trying to bang out as many patients as quickly as possible and make top dollar doing it.
