This "doctor" should have her license revoked. On the basis of removing a "questionable" blemish from my wife's cheek she subsequently scarred her terribly. I've been a surgical registered nurse for 23 years. I know what I'm talking about. I knew it was a botched job when she came home. After suffering with pain for four days she was told to come back to the office to have the stitches removed. All the while her wound had been red and pussie. As I'm writing this review the wound on her cheek has dehisced and she is now on her way to an urgent care. She has scarred my wife's pretty face by using the wrong suture and by being incompetent at such a procedure. A wound on a persons cheek especially a woman should have never been closed using interrupted nylon stitches. Anybody in the medical field especially people who do this for a living know this. This doctor should be ashamed of herself for attempting and going through with such a procedure as this when she obviously does not know what she's doing. Terrible simply terrible

Dr. Jacob is very courteous and makes sure what needs to be done is taken care of correctly. She shows that she cares for the patient.

Dr Jacob was very unorganized and didn't help me at all.

Dr. Jacob has been our family physician for years. Always helpful/knowledgeable. Office staff very helpful.
