I saw him at the VA. He spends the entire session typing his notes and you can not interrupt him while is doing this. When he is finished typing his notes your visit is over. Any questions you ask him about the medication is prescribing he has to consult with his smartphone. I caught his twice not knowing the answers to the easiest questions. I think it is time for him to retire. It is pretty bad when the patient knows more than the doctor.
