After much research I chose Dr. Jackson for my eyelid surgery. The results were terrible, he completely changed the shaped of my eyes and I no longer have the same look or shape. When I sleep my eyelids no longer close naturally. Very disappointed in him and his staff. Also had to go back for another surgery. I do not recommend.

He is the most amazing surgeon! He has been my surgeon for over 20 years, with my first surgery at age 4. He has been so delicate and cautious with the many surgeries to ensure that no nerves were damaged and yet aggressive enough to get rid of the rare timor. He literally saved my life. He is also the most wonderful and caring doctor. He and his family would send me christmas cards as a child and to this day, he remembers to ask about my family during communications. The staff has always been incredibly friendly and helpful. Eva is like an angel. Always finding ways to help as my family is not from the area. I travelled thousands of miles to be a patient of Dr. Jackson's and have not regretted it for a second!

I was in an auto accident and experienced my face crushed and have had about thirty reconstructive surgeries and Jackson did five and most of the others were to repair what Ian Jackson did! He was the worst doctor of all! Glad to here he retired

This doctor is amazing. My surgery went extremely well. In addition, I met a lady who had cancer on her nose. She said a different doctor left her with a hole that he said couldn't be fixed. Dr. Jackson repaired her problem so well that I couldn't tell there had been anything wrong with her face. Time after time we met patients like this. He's remarkable.

Dr Jackson and his entire team are wonderful. This man is an amazing surgeon. Our experience with him for the surgical repair of a cleft lip and palate in my daughter was exceptional. Her wide bilateral cleft was a challenge. His care, as well as that of his staff and associates was the best. We love Dr. Jackson and consider him family.

This doctor is fantastic. While waiting for my follow-up after surgery, I talked to a woman who said that other area plastic surgeons had given up on her after they carved a big chunk of skin from her nose (cancer). At that point that we saw her, she had what looked like a small blemish on the side of her nose. She was lined up for her last surgery. I honestly could not tell that she had had anything done. This was amazing! My husband and I have both had surgeries performed by Dr. Jackson. He did a super-fine job for both of us. We couldn't be more pleased! In the number of times we were in the office, I NEVER met anyone who wasn't raving about the positive care that he and his staff offered them. This gentleman doctor couldn't be kinder or more personable. We give him an A+.

He ruined my eye sight while facial reconstruction and he totaly denies it,one of my eyes are locked now causing me to have double vision in all directions do to his surgery and in one of the three surgeries he used a matierial in my face called hydroxie apitight that when he told me that he removed my sinuses he didn't tell me why and after a few years later began to grow back causing my forhead to swell to the size of a tennis ball and after finding a doctor that knew what to do, went through my forehead bone and remove all the hydroxy apitight and a muecus seal that began to grow back due to the fact that doctor jackson couldn't remove all of it so in order to access my sinuses a large portion of my forehead was removed due to infection from the hydroxy apitight because it became infected and coudn't be be replaced, All because of ian jacksons surgeries years later caused me to have seizures

An amazing surgeon who has went out of his way to help my son over the last 14 years he has been his patient for bilateral cleft lip and palate. Every doctor we have ever seen has always commented on what a great repair my son has and how good he looks. Eva went out of her way to help us with insurance issues. The entire staff has been nothing but helpful to us. We truly feel like they are family and I thank god that we were able to get this type of care for my son.

Amazing man. God's hands are on him and his staff. Took my daughter to him she was a week old with cleft pallet. He and his staff were wonderful to our Christmas baby. They treated her as if she were his own child. He was amazing and so skilled. We are so thankful for his service and the wonderful way we were treated. You made a very scary situation a very peaceful one. We know that God brought you into our lives. We are forever thankful for your gift. Highly recommended!!! Our daughter is now 14 and not a sign of any speech problems etc. Very talented surgeon.
