I was diagnosed with advanced breast cancer and Dr. Raymond saw me within 24 hours of my diagnosis. She was very compassionate and spent time answering all of our questions. Her nurse was extremely amazing even giving me her home number after my surgery in case I had any problems. I am now a 7 year survivor and I highly recommend Dr Raymond.

I Waited 55 minutes For A Pre-Op Appt To See The Dr. Finally I Was Checked In By A Nurse, Who Explained The Doctor Was Running Behind But Would Be In To See Me. Instead A PA Came In, Clearly Was Trying To Stall And Had Very Unknowledgeable And Vague Answers, Did A Short & Unnecessary BReast Exam, Then Said That Neither The Nurse That Schedules Or The Dr Would Be In After All, But They Would Call Me In The Morning To Schedule Surgery. So Unprofessional I Refuse To See Them Again & Would NEVER Recommend Doctor.

I drove 90min one way on very icey roads to see this lady. My children's dad died of cancer 2 years ago, so I take very seriously putting myself at risk--I am their only parent now. I arrived 15 minutes early as per staff request. I waited almost two hours in the waiting room, then a nurse came out and said it would be alot longer wait, the doc was too busy to see me. I was mad. I had a tumor that had taken 15 months and four other doctors to find. The last doc had found it after asking the right questions and really taking the time to figure out what was wrong. During that 15 months though, I lost a job I had had over 5 years, due to this type of lousy patient care w/docs too busy to show up for appts. I told the nurse I could not loose another job due to medical reasons--I could not wait any longer or I would be late for work. They said they could not reschedule me for another 3 wks. 2 weeks later, they still would not give my my records back. Awful nurse, rude, very uncaring.
