He is the rudest, most indifferent doctor I've ever encountered. Always seemed to be in a rush to get me out of his office, and never inquired about my family medical history in any of our conversations. I retained another doctor after he refused to give me a referral to get a coronary calcium scam, a special medical test that looks for calcium buildup in the arteries. I was shocked and vowed they day to find another, more compassionate doctor, which I have found. Avoid this doctor, he stinks.

Doctor Egier is by far the rudest Doctor I have had the misfortune of coming in contact with. The lack of patience he has is astonishing, and what is worse, is the way he treats his staff especially the Nurses. I witnessed how he threw a patients chart on the desk so harshly and yelled at the nurse, all because the nurse did not bring him the right file. Dr Egier should not be practicing, and really needs to retire because in this day and age to be so unprofessional and rude like him, especially in his profession is baffling.

"Doctor" Stuart Egier...what can I say? They broke the mold with this one, literally demolished it as a matter of fact. Zero patience, NONE! It's like a "patient mill", he wants you in and out as fast as possible. He will literally have a mini tantrum if you, the patient, don't conduct YOUR appointment according to his protocol. Don't even try to ask a question that isn't directly related to the reason for your visit, you will be told to make another appointment, come back another day and he will happily make you feel uncomfortable a second time. So Stuart, I'm sure it's no problem for your elder patients that thave a hard time getting around. They must be as happy as you are to come back a second time to ask a simple question so you can rake in a few more bucks for doing nothing. I don't care what OHIP has done to your pay scale, you're supposed to be a professional. You know...make patients feel at tease, not get to the point of almost being hostile. (The signs on your office doors must be referring to you, eh Stuart! This quack is a has been. Time to retire! Should have years ago when you started hating your job.

He has been my family doctor for many years. While quiet and a little formal in his manner, he has always been punctual and efficient. I have never had any reason to question his medical expertise, and have always felt that he does a thorough job of assessing each situation and acting appropriately.

Dr. Egier is a terrible doctor. He blames his patients for their ailments yet provides no solutions. He once scolded my partner when he sought out medical attention from a walk in when he couldn't get an appointment for two weeks. Asking for a referral to a specialist is terrifying as he seems to be resistant to sending his patients to anyone else. My health has taken a backseat to his arrogance. He has stopped caring about his patients and should highly consider retirement - considering he started his practice in 1976. The nurses that work in the office are kind and considerate - they deserve better.

Dr. Egier is truly an uncaring and unhelpful doctor. He is condescending, short and gets mad at his patients for the smallest things. He makes you feel like you’re an idiot for asking simple questions. He’s also yelled at me and other patients I’ve spoken to which is absolutely no way to treat people in vulnerable positions. This man should not be a doctor, and how he has zero complaints or issues on his CPSO track record is beyond me. Dr. Egier, you should be ashamed of the way you treat all of us. We deserve better care.

I am absolutely disgusted by this man. He lacks all skills required for being a doctor and a decent human being. He interrupts, invalidates, disrespects and refuses to properly examine. I was promised a referral that was never sent greatly increasing my wait time and making me more and more sick in the process. This man should be reported. He should not be practicing. I am disturbed to have even interacted with him. He treated me like a dog. He refused to help me and told me to buy over the counter meds after repeated attempts to communicate I had already been doing so. He mocked me when he asked what I thought was wrong and I provided a couple possible solutions because he said my suggestions were too different. Of course I don’t know what’s wrong - that’s why I reached out for medical help. This man makes me sick and should not be practicing medicine.

Had him as my family doctor. I was undecided on the COVID shot shortly after they rolled out so I consulted him. He laughed at me and asked sarcastically, "What have you been watching on TV!?" before walking out of the office.

I started getting increasingly regular headaches and after a few months went to see him. He said it was probably nothing and sent me for blood work. No response. I figured no news is good news. Four months later I had a Grand Mal seizure at work. The consequent MRI at the hospital revealed a brain tumour (oligodendroglioma). I lost my driver's licence as a result.

On top of that, I can't remember an appointment that was on time or wasn't rushed once he came into the room. It seemed as if he had better things to do than see me.

This doctor should be BANNED from practice. He is not a doctor for human beings. In fact he acts like a midwife for cows and cattle in third world countries. My friend went to him and gave up after he almost killed her little son by shoving a tongue depressor so hard that it broke. The doctor even yelled at the mother when she protested. The doctor is very rude and condescending.
He looks like his wife left him for another veterinarian and his pets got rescued by animal rescue services.
He should not be here practicing on Canada. Wonder how he got his licence.
