I have been searching for this doctor since I found out that she was no longer going to be working where I went to see her. I was informed that about 9 months ago she moved out of state. I miss her dearly and no doctor I have seen since her has been as amazing as her.

I just wanted to comment to the last one to post. I too had been very happy with her and no idea what happened and why they just never really informed patients. As far as I know though she is retired. If YOU hear anything please let ME know! (seriously though, if anyone does have any facts please post them. I think a lot of her patients would like to know what happened and if there is any chance she might come back one day or if she is practicing elsewhere.

I Love Dr. Buontempo and miss her dearly..She went on a leave supposedly for 6 mos. and has not returned to her practice....Please Please if anyone knows where she is practicing please post...This is terrible that they have kept her patients in the dark..

Dr. B has been the best doctor I have ever been to. She is caring, sympathetic,and extremely knowledgable. I also have been very upset that she disappeared from her practice. I have been told a couple of different reasons as to why she is no longer with the practice . I stayed with the group this year, simply because the thought of starting over with a new group/doctor and copying my massive file would have been a nightmare. I miss her, and will be very angry if she is practicing elsewhere and we as patients were not given the chance to follow her.

I always thought the world of this dr, but she disappeared from practice late August for a educational leave and was to return in Jan. She is not yet back and it's already 3/31. Apparently she is on an extended personal leave. The frustrating part has been wondering if she will ever return. I think the staff should have notified patients as to what is going on. I have just been calling every few weeks or so to repeatedly hear she isn't back yet.

Dr. Buontempo is such a caring Dr. She is very attentive to her patients, willing to listen to all of thier concerns and very very helpul she is a excellent Dr.

So attentive, caring, and knowledgeable. My insurance doesn't cover her, but I pay out of pocket because I think she's so great.
