Dr. Benowitz is one of a kind. If there is another surgeon on Long Island with his talent, concern, frankness and all around superiority, I have yet to find him or her. My husband had surgeries from Dr. Benowitz and was a very nervous patient. All his fears were unfounded in Dr. Benowitz's competent hands. His office staff is the best - also so caring and efficient. Kudos also to Linda Goldstein, Nurse Practitioner, who prepared by husband during pre-surgical conferences. The thoroughness of her meetings were beyond compare. I cannot say enough fabulous things about Dr. Benowitz and his practice. The time spent in the waiting room is long, but well worth it. And this isn't something I would ever say about any other doctors.
