This doctor needs to retire. His wife,secretary, is well known in the community for running an ineffective office and turning people off with her offensive phone manner. He does not seem to listen to you, is very slow at referring you to a specialist and does not seem to even remember your history even if you have been a patient for some time. As a family we have been very dissatisfied with his care but there is a shortage of doctors in Wallaceburg.

If you can get pass his secretary( wife) count yourself fortunate. He likes to hand out pills. Just when your body is becoming familar with the meds, he changes them ( no reason given).
