HORRIBLE. I had to wait in the waiting room, for 40 minutes, then about another 30 minutes in the exam room. Granted it is ECMC, so I can cut him some slack, but still, when you have an appointment, and have to wait over an hour to be seen, thats crazy! Dr. Jorden actually had the NERVE to answer his cell phone while I was talking to him about his condition, carrying on a PERSONAL conversation for at least 2 minutes! Then when I called to make a follow-up appointment, I was told he no longer accepts my insurance? I then ended up getting stuck with a $524 bill. Why didn't they tell me they didn't accept my insurance when I first made the appointment? STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR!
