The secretary (Nazeem) is extremely terrible. She takes forever to do anything. One time they booked appointments at times when the doctor was not in. Mistakes happen and that's ok, but in this case it wasn't because after she got in she left the office so she didn't have to deal with the patients that were waiting. She was sitting in the front foyer looking out the window instead. Also, over the years I've been there, she's taken literally 2-3 weeks just to schedule an appointment with a specialist for me. I know it took this long because 1-2 times a week I'd follow up to ask when my appointment was and she says she didn't contact them yet. How hard is it to pick up a phone and schedule an appointment? I'm looking for another GP unless they get rid of her. Doctor Chinner, however, is a very good doctor! Too bad he has such poor staff!

UNTIL HIS UNTIMELY ILLNESS HE WAS MY DOCTOR FOR 41 YEARS, DELIVERED BOTH OUR CHILDREN AND CURED A SERIOUS BLOOD DISORDER WHEN I WAS 16 NOT TO MENTION THE GREAT THINGS HE DID FOR MY WIFE AND CHILDREN. I AM VERY SORRY TO LOSE HIM AS MY DOCTOR, HE IS THE MOST POSITIVE PERSON YOU WILL EVER MEET, I WISH HIM AND HIS FAMILY ALL THE BEST AND HIS OFFICE STAFF ARE GREAT LADIES. GOOD LUCK!

Dr. Chinner was our first family physician when we migrated to Canada. We had problems with his staff having us wait and sending in people of their ethnicity first. This compounded the wait time. He rushes through visits and does not take the time to explain things in simple terms. We FIRED HIM a few years ago and have one of the best, if not the best family physicians in Toronto. Our health has improved and prevention is now part of our plan!

Staff is rude and not helpful. This man needs to retire. Gave him info on my symptoms that I found on the internet and he kept insisting it was something else. When to a younger Dr. diagnosed me properly and gave me the proper medication. I refuse for this man to treat my child going forward.

Dr. Chinner has been my doctor for 30 plus years. He has helped us and others we sent to him through some very diffcult times. His ability to diagnose an aliment is astounding. Any other doctor who has half his knowledge and abilites would be a an excellent doctor. My name is Edward and I stand behind this statement.

Tony Chinner has been our Doctor for well over 30 years. He is one fantastic doctor, alway there for you at any time of the day or night. Tony always make sure you are in good hands once he has another specialist take over your case for what ever reason..We are proud and thankful to have Tony Chinner as our family doctor for so many years and hopefully many more years to come. Dr.Chinner's staff could not be more pleasant or thoughtful, always willing to assist when needed.
