Very likable personality. A "social animal" if you will, however staff was very unprofessional on multiple occassions and he became blindly and personally offended by this toward the customer instead. Unfortunately, I couldn't in good conscious return to a disconcerted dentist for obvious reasons.

Sexist and Crass humour. Receptionist is also very, very rude. So happy to have found a better dentist elsewhere.

He should have gotten me to get braces or at least a real bite plate. Instead he made me get an NTI, because it costs more and I would be in every three months to get it sized. So he would make more money. He let me down. I had no idea what was wrong and it wasn't until I did my own research that I figured out that braces were my best option. He is very money driven, and will withhold information or exxagerate the truth to get you to trust him and spend more money.

Best Dentist ever. Always a good experience, great staff that are kind and helpful. Paul could not do more to help his patients, we are so very privileged to be able to have him as our dentist for his knowledge and ability to relate to his patients on a personal level...

Dr. McLaughlin is the best dentist ever! Very friendly, very relatable, absolutely hilarious and his staff are also incredible. Lucky to be a patient there.
