I love dr Termini and his staff, I feel comfortable and actually enjoy my visits. Some people have said the receptionist, Agnes, is unfriendly but she is a great person. I’ve known her for years and she helped many times. She just happens to be a quiet person and it takes a. While to get to know her. There should be more people like her!

The doctor is ALWAYS running way behind in schedule. Nobody should have to wait two hours (more than once) to see a doctor when you have a prescheduled appointment. I notice the doctor likes to talk a lot. This is not medical talk, but more personal talk. This is probably what causes him to fall way behind. While it is nice that he is personable, my time is just as important. However, the PA seems to run on time. I agree with another commenter. Staff can nice at times and not so nice at other times.

Been going to Dr. Termini for many years. He is easy to talk to and is a great listener. He always makes you feel comfortable. His staff is ok. One receptionist has an accent and is not very personable, but she is not hard to deal with. The other one can run hot and cold, but don't let that bother you, he is worth it. In reference to another review i read, he is now in an office without stairs, so that is no longer an issue. The wait can sometimes be long but i think that's because he is so easy to talk to and doesn't typically rush you out.

This doctor told me on the phone . That he would not see me unless I agree to make him my primary physician . I told him that I had never been to his office and that I did not know how he was as a doctor ...he told me that he did not work with "one time appointment" ....glad that this happend because I don"t want have nothing to do it him...very unprofessional.

When you meet the doctor its all oh I am available but to reach him on phone for 2 mins they never call back, pathetic wait times, they dont listen to you if you say you are aware of your insurance and keep asking you about Copays. Finally you will have to proove them via insurance that they are wrong. They will take unnecessary tests and do unnecessary billings. Doctor is absolutely not helpful.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Termini for 10 years now, and we would and have recommended him to many people. He is very sharp, compassionate, attentive and down to earth, also his staff is a reflection of him.
