Been a patient for 20 years. When my kids where little and sick I would get a phone call the evening after a visit to see how they where doing. The past several years things have gone down hill. I don't get responses after I have blood work, no follow up info been left out in the cold severel times by staff not doing there job, this includes nurses and other DR. in the practice. In fact it takes months to get an appointment with Dr. Ryan himself. I am seriously considering finding a new GP. After all if you have to see different doctors every time for a chronic condition you are always starting at square one again and never get help.

A doctor who listens to you and is truely concerned for your wellness. It is not uncommon for him to call you at home to discuss recent medical visits
