Sat with me although other patients were waiting: sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but that is because unlike other doctors who run on to their next patient, dr kaplan has always answered all of my questions. Thanks Doc!

She was recommended to me so I called to ask about setting up my first appointment. Called at 2pm and got an outgoing message that the office was closed but could wait for an operator. Waited so I could ask for their hours. Woman says 3pm (I think) and tranfers me back and I get the same message again. Wiat for another operator who tells me they are open but this is the outgoing message they have when the phone lines are busy. Told me to call back in a few minutes. i spent over 45 minutes trying to get through and just got the same message. gave up, wrote a polite letter making her aware of the problem. Hopefully she will address the issue
